Terah Tower, DO, Board Certified, Family Practice

Dr. Tower attended medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency with the University of Texas Family Medicine Department in Houston in 2004. As a faculty physician she worked with UT's Aldine Community Health Clinic and LBJ Hospital. Her private practice experience includes urgent care and primary care practice with an emphasis on holistic medicine and preventive health.

Dr. Tower's training additionaly includes Dr. Andrew Weil's Integrative Medicine rotation, Dr. Herbert Benson's Mind Body Medicine program affiliated with Harvard, John's Hopkins preventive medicine rotation, successfully completing the board examination with the American Board of Holistic Medicine, additional coursework in nutrition and osteopathic medicine, complementary medicine course affiliated with MD. Anderson and served as a facilitator for Dr. Naomi Remen's Healer's Art Course.

Dr. Tower is board certified in family medicine and a member of the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Family Medicine. She is fluent in spanish.
